Cherry Crisp
Ingredients:
• 1 quart Treehouse Berry Farm Frozen Pitted Pie Cherries
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 table spoons Minute Tapioca
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
• In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar and tapioca.
• Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
• In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherries.
• Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
• Makes about 8 servings.
