Mango Chutney Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup Treehouse Berry Farm Mango Chutney
• 1/4 cup minced green onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 cups diced, cooked boneless chicken breast
• 3 cups red seedless grapes, halved
• 1 teaspoon curry power
Directions:
• In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, green onion, curry and salt.
• Gently mix in chicken and grapes.
• Let the flavors marinate for 2 to 24 hours before serving.
• Makes 10 generous salad servings or 15 sandwich-filling servings.
