Curried Chutney Spread

Ingredients:

• 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Treehouse Berry Farm Mango Chutney
• 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 cup salted cashew nut halves

Directions:

• In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
• Mix in chutney and curry powder until well blended.
• Let the flavors meld for at least 1 hour before serving.
• Just before serving stir in cashew nut halves.
• Makes approximately 3 cups.

• Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftover mixture.
