Hot-n-Wild Salad (renamed to Garlic & Thai Salad)
Ingredients:
• 1 large cucumber, sliced and quartered
• 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 large spanish onion, diced
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/2 cup Treehouse Berry Farm Wild Garlic & Thai Pepper Vinegar
Directions:
• Toss all ingredients together
• Allow to chill before serving
