Peach Melba Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients:
• 1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 2 1/2 cups quick-cook oats
• 3/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
• 1 cup of Treehouse Berry Farm Peach Melba Jam
• 1 tablespoon water or lemon juice
Directions:
• In a large bowl, mix together oats, cake mix, and melted margarine until slightly clumpy and all dry mix is moistened.
• Press 1/2 of the oat mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased, 9x13 inch pan.
• In a separate bowl, mix jam with water (or lemon juice) and spread over the crust.
• Sprinkle remaining oat mixture evenly over jam mixture.
• Bake in 375 degree, preheated oven for 18 to 23 minutes, or until lightly browned.
• Cool before cutting into bars.
